Reminder - Annual Procurement Card Refresher Course
As we have done in the past, every January procurement cardholders and approvers must complete a ‘refresher’ course. The intent of this program is to highlight the guidelines of the program along with any changes that may have been made. This program is administered through Safe Schools. You will be notified in mid-December with details of this course and that it must be completed in January. In January, weekly automated reminder emails will be sent to all users of the SunTrust system who have not completed the course. If you are not able to complete it by January 31, we must turn your card off until you are able to complete the course.

Thanks for your understanding and have a great holiday season!
