The certification staff within our Human Resources Department plays a key role in providing resources and support for our teaching and supervisory personnel, by serving as a conduit between our professional staff and Maryland State Department of Education officials, we insure that all students in Carroll County are served by a staff who demonstrate essential preparation, knowledge and skills needed to achieve outcomes declared by our local and state Boards of Education.
