Culinary


Culinary Arts prepares students for challenging careers in the food service industry. Instruction is provided in sanitation, quantity food production, pastry/baking, menu planning, and purchasing. Students will lunch in the Cafe' and Grill and cater outside events in their pursuit of learning all things culinary, Second year students have the option to selection Baking/Pastry or Professional Cooking.

Culinary Arts is approved as a Completer Program (a graduation requirement option).

Culinary Arts may grant 30 student service learning hours per level.
