This site offers short reading passages that can be searched for by Lexile, grade, skill/strategy, text type, and topic. Comprehension questions are also available for use at the teacher's discretion. Teachers will need to create a free account.
|Scholastic||When accessing the Teacher tab, this site includes teaching resources, lesson plans, book lists, classroom resources, and educational products from Scholastic for PreK to Grade 12 teachers. Click on the BookWizard link to search for guided reading and Lexile levels for many books.|

|Passage Bank||Access short passages of text which are organized by grade level. A free sign-up is required to access the materials.|
|News ELA||This site has current event articles that are organized by Lexile level. Some articles have various Lexiles available for the same article. Some articles also have corresponding comprehension quizzes. A free sign-up is required to access the materials.|
|Rubistar||RubiStar is a tool to help the teacher who wants to use rubrics but does not have the time to develop them from scratch. You do not need to log in to create a rubric.|

|Puzzle Maker||PuzzleMaker allows you to create different practice activities. In Word Search you can type in the different sight words and have it create a word search. There is a function where you are able to specify how many letters and across, allowing for differentiation.|
