All Candidates for 2016-17 Sports:
Carroll County Public Schools Athletics would like to inform parents and prospective student-athletes of a procedural change regarding paperwork for participation in athletics. Beginning in the Fall of 2015, in order to participate in athletics at Westminster High School, all candidates must complete the Carroll County Athletic Forms Packet and turn it in to the head coach or the Athletic Director, Mr. Terry Molloy. All of the required paperwork needed for athletic participation can be found at the following locations:
Concussion Testing: All candidates must also have completed concussion baseline testing prior to the first day of tryouts. Testing is good for two years from the date of the test. You only have to attend one testing date/time – no appointment is necessary, just show up on the date/time that works with your availability. Candidates must bring the completed "Sports Concussion Testing Program and Release Information" form with them on the day of their test; this form can be obtained at the above web sites, through the coach, or through the main office.
