Mr.
Alisauckas, Principal
Mr.
Alisauckas attended Shippensburg University
where he received his BS in Biology.
He went on to receive an MS in Administration
from Western Maryland College, now
known as McDaniel College. Before
his appointment as Principal of Winters
Mill High School, Mr. Alisauckas was
Principal of East Middle School. Prior
to that position, Mr. Alisauckas was
Assistant Principal at West Middle
and New Windsor Middle. Most of his
teaching career was at South Carroll
High School where he primarily taught
Biology, Human Anatomy, and Science
Research. While at South Carroll,
Mr. Alisauckas was also the boy's
lacrosse coach and assistant football
coach. |

Ms.
Dowd attended
Pennsylvania State University where
she received her BS in Biology.
She went on to receive an MS in
Science Education from SUNY Brockport
in New York. She completed her certification
in school supervision and administration
at Towson University. Before her
appointment as Assistant Principal
of Winters Mill High School, she
served as a biology teacher at Winters
Mill High School. During her tenure
at Winters Mill, she served as School
Improvement and Character Education
chairpersons. Prior to that she
taught several years at North Carroll
High School. During her tenure,
she served as School Improvement
and Character Education chairpersons.
Ms. Board also had experience working
on teams developing small learning
communities.. In 2005-2006 she was
recognized in the Whos
Who Among Americas Teachers.

Mr.
Baugher attended Salisbury
University where he received his bachelor
of Arts in History & Education.
He also holds a Master of Science
in Education Administration from McDaniel
College. Prior to entering the teaching
field Mr. Baugher coached football
at Salisbury State University. He
then taught and coached at Francis
Scott Key High School for fifteen
years and served on numerous committees,
many in leadership roles. He was part
of the Smaller Learning Communities
design team and has received many
nominations for teacher of the year
here in Carroll County. While at FSK
Mr. Baugher worked as part of the
Professional Development School and
helped mentor many young student teachers. |

Ms. Kimbrow attended Morgan
State College where she received
her Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Education and holds a Master
of Science from The Catholic University
of America in College Business Management
Higher Education. She also attended
Towson University and Johns Hopkins
University, where she earned her
certification in school supervision
and administration. Prior to her
appointment as assistant principal
at Winters Mill High School, Ms.
Kimbrow served as an assistant principal
at Westminster High School for six
years. While in the Baltimore County
School System, Ms. Kimbrow’s experiences
included positions as academic dean;
teacher/department chairperson of
Business Education/Cooperative Office
Experience Coordinator (COE); and
Coordinator, Academy of Finance.
She has also performed as an administrator
and adjunct faculty member at Catonsville
Community College Baltimore County,
and Principal, Adult Education,
Baltimore County Public Schools.
While a teacher in the Baltimore
County Public Schools, she was recognized
in the “Who’s Who Among America’s
Teachers.”
