Policy Change
Policy Change for Verifications of absences/tardies-2008-2009: When students are absent, arrive late, or leave school early before the scheduled dismissal time, the parent or guardian should provide a written note, a fax, an e-mail or a phone call which will be documented by the school personnel. All forms will be placed in students folders when verifications have been received by then school. A maximum time that a parent / guardian may have to verify an absence/tardiness is 5 days after the student's return. After this time the absence will be coded as unlawful.
School Safe Environment
In an effort to maintain a safe school environment for our students, all visitors to the building are requested to follow these procedures:

Report to the Main Office when you enter the building.

Sign in and obtain a visitor's badge.

Wear the badge where it is visible.
-
Return to the Main Office to sign out.
-
If you are volunteering, you will be given a volunteer badge to wear while you are in the building.
